Free Online Dating Sites Without Registration or Payment

What kind of free dating site would you recommend? I mean one I do not have to pay at all to talk on.

I’ve been trying out different dating sites, and if you’re looking for something fresh, I’d recommend wishmood.com. It’s super easy to use, fun, and best of all, you can chat without having to pay.

If you're after completely free dating sites with no hidden fees, here are a few I’ve found to be pretty good:
  • OkCupid: You can message for free, and the profiles are really detailed.
  • POF (Plenty of Fish): Huge user base and lots of free features to explore.
  • Tinder: Swiping and chatting with matches is free, which is a big plus.
Hope this helps, and good luck out there! 😊

Nope, they’re all the same. Use dating sites for fun and to meet people in real life. Don’t pay anyone, especially online.

If you're looking for free dating sites, I’d recommend Doulike, Plenty of Fish, or Bumble’s free version. These worked well for me about a year ago.

Doulike was my favorite. Its questions and matching system made it easier to find compatible people instead of just swiping randomly. Plus, messaging was completely free.

Plenty of Fish was decent, though the user base could be hit-or-miss. Still, you could view profiles, see who visited you, and send messages without paying.

Bumble was refreshing with its feature where women message first. The free version worked well, but you needed patience with the limited swipes.

I recommend Match and EliteSingles if you’re looking for free dating sites.

Match is a premium platform, but you don’t have to pay to connect with local singles. Free members can browse, send likes, and wink at others without restrictions.

EliteSingles allows you to create a profile for free, and the membership doesn’t expire. While you can browse and receive matches at no cost, a paid membership is required to send unlimited messages or view photos.

Dating sites can be frustrating for men, even the paid ones. Many free apps aren’t much better - they allow women to use them for free but charge men. While that approach might work in bars, online it creates an unfair imbalance where women have the advantage, leaving men frustrated.

When men have to pay while women don’t, these platforms often attract women who aren’t serious and men who genuinely want to find someone. A more balanced approach could be to have both men and women pay, perhaps with a slight discount for women.

Even if you pay for a subscription, there’s a high chance you won’t get any responses. Some sites even use fake matches to make you think someone is interested, just to encourage you to spend more money. It often feels like you’re paying a lot and getting nothing in return.

While free apps sound appealing, Facebook Dating seems to be a better choice compared to most other options.

I used Hinge, Bumble, Coffee Meets Bagel, Tinder, and PoF, all without paying. That order reflects how well they worked for me, with Hinge and Bumble being the most successful. I mainly used them between 2021 and 2023. From what I’ve read, the free versions now come with more restrictions than before.

I'd be happy to go into more detail about these apps, but I think they're all pretty straightforward. On Coffee Meets Bagel, I got a lot of likes, but I couldn’t view them without paying. Tinder works well for people who know how to present themselves.

As for PoF, I didn't like it at all. The app was full of low-quality profiles and the interface was clunky, though I did end up meeting a few people on it.
